“For all those ailing in the world, until their every sickness has been healed, May I myself become for them the doctor, nurse, the medicine itself.”

The Chinese Medicine Approach

Chinese Medicine is a natural system of healing with a rich history spanning over 3000 years. It's one of the oldest continuously practiced healthcare systems in the world and is even offered in renowned institutions like the Mayo Clinic in the U.S.

This time-tested approach recognizes the profound interconnectedness of Mind, Body, and Spirit, a principle that deeply resonates with my own philosophy of healing.

My Healthcare Philosophy

Image with text on healthcare philosophy: Everything is energy and interconnected. True medicine must be holistic, treating body, mind, and spirit, as emotional suffering manifests physically.
Image with text on self-abandonment: Anxiety and illness are signals inviting us to stop meeting external expectations and reconnect with our authentic selves to live with confidence and power.
Image with text on innate wisdom: The idea that the body has the power to heal itself. The therapist's role is to remove obstacles and support vital energy toward holistic health.
Image with text on therapeutic philosophy: Treat the person, not the disease. A holistic approach seeking underlying causes and total rebalancing based on each patient's unique constitution.
Image with text on natural therapies: The priority of using less invasive Chinese medicine methods without side effects before resorting to pharmaceuticals, promoting respectful and natural health.
Image with text on the therapeutic goal: Patient empowerment to connect with their true Self and take responsibility for their own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

My Story

I grew up in Lithuania, in a quiet town surrounded by forests and lakes.

From a young age, I felt a passion for ancient, natural medicines. I was drawn to yoga, herbalism, biology and physiology, and collected articles about natural remedies. I found myself captivated by indigenous wisdom and Eastern philosophies like Taoism, Buddhism, and Hinduism.

Despite my connection to these passions, I opted for a 'safe' career path and obtained two master’s degrees in law. I soon found myself living in an emotional state that felt like a never-ending panic attack, disconnected from my inner wisdom and true purpose.

My quest to improve my emotional resilience and well-being eventually led me to the study of body therapies and energy medicine.

This journey brought me to the profound realization, as taught by the greatest traditions like Daoism, and the great minds of our past, like Carl Jung:

Our physical and emotional symptoms are attempts by the unconscious to communicate to us that we’re not living in alignment with our deepest, true selves, realizing our full potential, and expressing our unique gifts in the World.

Despite this knowledge, psychological and spiritual practices alone couldn’t release the tension, trauma, and difficult emotions stored in my body.

Only when I included body and energy work in my self-care practices, could I reconnect with my True Self and cultivate the energy I needed to start living an authentic life.

Only then did I begin to integrate everything I had learned in my intellectual quests, and transmute the spiritual teachings into a lived experience that was rooted in every cell of my body.

This realization has become the cornerstone of my approach to healing and transformation. Following the infinite wisdom of Chinese Medicine and the perennial philosophy, my life itself became my medicine.
